In the high-stakes world of architecture and contract administration, memory is a poor witness. When a project hits a snag a conflict between the structural steel and the HVAC ducting, or a finish specification that’s no longer available, the inevitable “who knew what and when” argument begins.

Convert RFIs or SIs into PCOs

1. Click “Resolved” RFI or SI then the “Click here” link at the top of the RFI or SI page.

2. Choose a Team Member, enter any info, and click Request PCO.

3. PCO is then created with reference to the converted RFI or SI retained.
