Project Management Dashboard is a cloud-based project and contract admin management solution for Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. The platform can be accessed from any device with an internet connection
RForm allows you to quickly create new projects using pre-defined templates. Once created you can add additional proejct information such as client name and location, contract values, contract start finish dates, terms and conditions and much more.
The system offers a dashboard view of all projects, which allows users to see and manage multiple projects at once. Users can filter by project name or keyword from within the dashboard itself.
The Projects Summary Page is a one-stop shop for all your project data. Here, you can see the status of each individual project and quickly drill down to any specific one to review its details.
A few features of this page:
- Instantly view multiple projects and all relevant project information from a single dashboard.
- Filters and search that allows you to filter and display projects by Type, name, Branch Office, Contract dates, Contract price and more.
- Add new projects with a few clicks
- Account managers can instantly access closed and archived projects and along with all associated historic project data, costs, statistics and files.

The RForm Construction Contract Administration Software project Summary page at a glance provides an overview of the project Contract cost, Approved Changes, Open and Closed Site instructions, Requests for Information (RFI), and Certificates for payment.
The RForm Construction Contract Administration Software project summary page can be accessed from the admin area by clicking on the Project Summary link from the left navigation menu.
User has the option to export data to Excel from this page. User can create a mini site which is a copy of the project that can be downloaded and saved locally for offline use.
Change Order Statistics and associated disciplines affected are listed for each project. This is useful for users to see the impact of a change order on the project schedule and resources. All data can be exported to Excel.
